PyMS - A MetaStock tool for Python
Over the years, I've had cause to write a number of tools and helpers for dealing with various data sources.
I figured it was about time to share some of those.
So, here is the first in what will hopefully be a series of useful Python tools for finance:
Basically, it allows you to iterate through a MetaStock database and get stocks and prices returned as Python dicts. I used it with PremiumData, so there is additional support for that particular provider.
The code is written for Python 2.7, and GPL licensed.
I strongly recommend using it with IPython, my favourite interactive shell for probably any language, ever.
